HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
Purrmetrix subscriptions can be paid monthly or yearly. You can start – and stop – your service at any time
HOW MUCH HARDWARE WILL THE SERVICE SUPPORT?
All levels of service support the management of unlimited number of sensors but, as per our terms of service, different levels of service will limit access to different features.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR YEARLY SERVICE?
Yes, for our paid tiers of service there is a discount for subscribing on a yearly basis.
CAN I PARTIALLY UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT?
No. Upgrading an account requires all the sensors in the account be upgraded to operate at the same level of web service, mostly because it is not possible for us to attach a grade of web service to each sensor.
HOW DO I CANCEL A WEBSERVICE?
Cancelling a subscription to the advanced webservices is straightforward and can be done through your account. All of your hardware will continue to be supported by our free package, but you will lose access to analytics and views you prepared in your paid for webservice.
CAN I ADD OTHER DATA STREAMS INTO MY ANALYTICS?
Yes – if you are using Purrmetrix Pro there is an import function that allows other data streams to be included and treated like a ‘native’ sensor. Depending on frequency and size, additional data streams will be charged at the same rate as the streams from each native Purrmetrix sensor. Contact us for quotes and integration support.
